JOB
The operations manager reports to the Director Operations (expatriate). He/she will man
age a complicated production process which operates in three shifts. The operations
manager will have to motivate and lead his team, collect all poduction related
information and take corrective action as/when needed. He/she will also have to advice
the management on continuous improvement initiatives and be able to implement them,
This is an exciting starter job for a high potential within a multinational company and
with excellent career opportunities. 0verseas travel is required.
